Refund policy

If you wish to request a refund, please contact our Customer Service team via WhatsApp at +6011-57602849.

  1. Refund Request Process:
    • Upon receiving your request, our Customer Service team will inform our Nutritionist to follow up with you via a call.
    • The Nutritionist will assess your condition.

  2. Refund Approval & Return Conditions:
    • If the refund requirements are met, you must return the product to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation.
    • If the return AWB is not received within 7 days, your refund will be rejected.
    • Only unopened boxes in good condition with original sealing will be accepted for a refund.

  3. Refund Calculation:
    • The refund amount will be calculated based on the average package price, the quantity of products being returned, and the date your refund request is made.

  4. Refund Eligibility Based on Purchase Date:
    • 100% refund: Within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • 80% refund: Between 31 and 60 days from the date of purchase.
    • 50% refund: Between 61 and 90 days from the date of purchase.
    • No refund: After 90 days from the date of purchase.

  5. Refund Processing:
    • Once the return is confirmed and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
    • Our Customer Service team will send you the refund slip once the refund has been processed.
